What is your refund policy?
If the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery it will be processed (excluding original delivery fees). However, if it is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery a credit note will be issued (excluding original delivery fees). All returns must be received by Limited Abode within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Can I return made to order products?
Please note that personalised items or made to order products are exempt from our standard returns policy, unless the product is faulty or the personalisation does not match your original request.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return, please email our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be unused and returned with the original labels and packaging. Please note, we do not refund return costs.
What if my item is faulty?
Please email our customer service team email@example.com within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be received by Limited Abode within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund or credit note.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds are not be issued until your return has been received and processed. This can take approximately 2 working days but can take longer during busy periods. Your bank may take an additional 2 working days to receive the funds into your account (please check with your bank for further details).
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.
